Modern Biomedical has
an internal training arm, the Modern Biomedical Training Institute,
which evaluates the training needs and plans of all employees and
provides continuing education both on-site and by correspondence.
Topics covered include anatomy and physiology, industry regulations,
safety standards, electronics, and medical terminology - - in addition
to equipment theory of operation and the function specific medical
devices. All of Modern's representatives are encouraged to submit
training modules on their area of expertise and upon completion of
external training schools. In this manner, Modern optimizes the information
available for the benefit of all employees while assisting individual
employees in maximizing their potential.
